Who this work is for

You might be here because:

  • You’ve built a successful career in tech, but something no longer feels aligned

  • You’re navigating a promotion, leadership transition, or career crossroads

  • You want to lead with more impact and visibility without burning out

  • You sense your next level of leadership requires a different way of listening, deciding, and showing up

  • You’re drawn to depth, nuance, and integrity — not surface-level fixes

This is not about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about meeting yourself at the next edge.

Our work is both practical and deeply human.

Together, we may focus on:

  • Clarifying your next career move when your mind says one thing and your body says another

  • Navigating promotions, scope changes, and leadership transitions with grounded presence

  • Stepping into visibility and influence while staying connected to yourself

  • Deciding whether to stay, pivot, or redesign your role

  • Rebuilding confidence, energy, and direction after prolonged pressure or overextension

  • Aligning ambition, values, and intuition so decisions feel clean and sustainable

This is about making real career decisions, informed by both strategy and inner knowing.

What we would typically work on

How this work is different

This isn’t traditional career and leadership coaching.

We don’t override intuition with logic, or logic with intuition. We learn to listen to both.

My approach integrates:

  • strategic career and leadership insight

  • somatic awareness and embodied presence

  • intuitive decision-making

  • reflection that goes beyond thinking into sensing and integration

This allows leadership to emerge not from urgency or performance, but from clarity, alignment, and inner authority.

What shifts through the work

Women come into this work carrying a quiet sense of friction: the strategies that have led them to where they are, at some point stopped working, and they realize that the way they’ve been leading no longer fits who they’re becoming

Before, it can feel like:

  • Outgrowing your role or environment faster than expected

  • Delivering consistently, but from competence rather than inspiration

  • Feeling stuck between promotion, role change, or redefining what you want

  • Over-functioning and still feeling the need to prove yourself

  • Balancing strategy with relentless day-to-day demands

Through the work, something changes:

  • You make intentional moves aligned with who you’re becoming, not who you’ve been

  • You lead with presence and ease, letting impact come from clarity rather than over-delivery

  • You navigate decisions strategically, with alignment and confidence

  • You’re visible, respected, and influential, without pushing or performing

  • You show up focused, grounded, and energized as the leader you are

If you’re navigating a career or leadership crossroads and feel drawn to this way of working, the next step is a conversation.

This is a space to explore what you’re aiming for and sense whether this work feels aligned.

No pressure. Just presence and clarity.

  • Coaching is offered in 1:1 containers, typically over several months.

    Our work together includes:

    • Regular coaching sessions that combine conversation, reflection, and embodied inquiry

    • Space to slow down, feel, and listen beneath the noise

    • Support through concrete career and leadership decisions

    • Practices between sessions to integrate insights into how you lead and live

This rhythm creates movement that is both deep and grounded.

Sessions will be held on zoom (unless we happen to be in the same city)

  • I speak fluently Italian, French, Spanish and English so coaching can be offered in any of these languages based on your preference.

  • This work is relational and intentional.

    It asks for:

    • honesty

    • willingness to slow down before moving forward

    • openness to listening beyond the intellect

It’s best suited for women who are ready to lead with both strength and sensitivity — without choosing one over the other.

  • While coaching isn’t a fixed program or linear process, many clients experience a similar arc over time.

We often begin by centering: building self-awareness, regulating pressure, and noticing where things feel heavy, flat, or misaligned.

As clarity grows, the work naturally rises into stronger presence, sharper priorities, and more confident navigation of career and leadership decisions.

Over time, this leads to leading: making decisions with ease, owning your authority, and stepping into the next chapter of leadership on your terms.

Each session meets what’s most relevant in the moment. This is simply one way the work often unfolds, not a formula to follow.

  • It’s both. We work with real career decisions and leadership challenges, while also cultivating embodied presence, intuition, and inner authority.

  • It means learning to include the body, emotions, and inner signals as valid sources of information — alongside strategy and experience — especially when making complex decisions.

  • No. This work meets you where you are and unfolds naturally through the coaching relationship.
