Hi, I'm Ariela.

A woman with shoulder-length light brown hair, smiling, wearing a white blouse and gray pants, stands near a leafy green plant by a window with sheer curtains.

I coach bright, accomplished women who feel the weight of big goals and bigger expectations. High-performing leaders who race through life in a state of “must” and “should,” exhausted, unfulfilled, and on autopilot.

My work is to bring you back to the steady, unmistakable pull of your own inner compass. Through somatic, cognitive, emotional, and nervous system work, we play, experiment, strip away the outside noise and reconnect you to a grounded, lit-from-within power so you can lead your people, grow your business, and direct your life with presence, heart, and vitality. I know firsthand that when a woman feels this way, she can do anything.

I built my career by making bold moves, venturing far away from home to follow big dreams. With an MBA from Columbia Business School in-hand I relished working internationally, launching high-growth initiatives, scaling markets, and leading expansion strategies.

But this success, especially as an expat, demanded constant adaptation. The very qualities that help us thrive in foreign countries —openness, flexibility, and drive—can also pull us away from our own centre. I was speaking 4 languages fluently, leading cross-cultural teams and mentoring founders, yet I felt cut off from the one voice that mattered most: my own. Ignoring that call cost me my peace and landed me in the ER.

What saved me wasn’t more drive or the technical skills that landed me high-stakes roles as Director of New Ventures at Smartbox Group, or General Manager at ClassPass. It was the practice I now teach: deep, body-led work that asked me to feel instead of force, to be led by my own inner pulse.

As a PCC-certified coach, I hold space for your reinvention from the inside out. You already hold far more wisdom than you’ve been taught to access.

My coaching style is both warm and direct. I will see your blind spots and name the hard truths. We will build courage, because real growth asks you to step boldly where no one else has. I will hold you accountable to act on the demands of your spirit — even when it makes no sense to anyone else. Especially then.

Because decision fatigue, self-abandonment and burnout fall at the wayside when you dare to activate the fierce, unwavering self-trust that cultivates a truly boundless life.
