Hi, I'm Ariela.

A woman with shoulder-length light brown hair, smiling, wearing a white blouse and gray pants, stands near a leafy green plant by a window with sheer curtains.

You've built something real. A career with weight behind it, results you can point to, a reputation that precedes you.

And yet something quieter keeps asking: is this still me?

That question is not a crisis, it's a signal. And it's exactly where this work begins.

I spent 15 years in GTM leadership: General Manager at ClassPass, where I launched France and Southern Europe from scratch and scaled to one of the top five markets globally, Director of New Ventures at Smartbox, international roles across four countries. I know what it takes to perform at that level.

I also know what it costs when you do it from the wrong centre. At some point in my career I was speaking four languages, leading cross-cultural teams, mentoring founders and yet I was completely cut off from my own voice. And most importantly I kept ignoring the signals. Eventually my body stopped asking politely and I ended up in the ER.

What allowed me to get to the other side was giving myself permission to lead from who I was becoming, rather than holding on to the version of myself that had built all of this.

That's the work I do with the women I coach.

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from New Ventures West, one of the most rigorous integral development coaching programs in the field. I coach in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

If part of you is ready for what's next, I'd love to meet you there.
