Hi, I'm Ariela
I'm a leadership and career coach with 15 years of GTM leadership experience, including General Manager at ClassPass, where I launched and scaled France and Southern Europe into one of the top five markets globally.
For a long time, I loved it. And then something shifted and I was left wondering: I built this career, I chose it, so why does it no longer feel like me?
Those are the questions my clients carry. And the ones I've lived myself.
I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from New Ventures West. I coach in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Does this sound like you?
You’ve built a successful career in tech.
On paper, things are going well.
And yet, you sense it’s time for something to shift. You’re at a point where your ambition is asking for something more aligned and the quiet question arises: “is this it?”
This work is for you if you:
Feel unfulfilled, exhausted, or disconnected
Are navigating a promotion, pivot, or big transition
Have outgrown your role or definition of success
Don’t want to burn out or blow it all down impulsively
This isn’t traditional career coaching. We don’t start with tactics or performance hacks.
We start with you.
My approach integrates strategic career insight with embodied leadership, intuition, and inner authority — so your next move is aligned and sustainable.
I support women in tech with real career and leadership decisions, including:
Clarifying next steps when you feel stuck or misaligned
Navigating promotions, role changes, or leadership transitions
Moving from individual contributor into visible, confident leadership
Deciding whether to stay, pivot, or redesign your role
This isn’t about chasing titles, it’s about making intentional career decisions you can stand behind.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
